Items requesting shipment will be sent via USPS Priority items. Please allow 48 hour for your order to be processed. First Class Shipping can take up to 3-5 business days to process prior to ship.

There is no shipping charge to items that are picked up at location.
Return Policy
Whimsical Designs by Whitney provides free return and replacement with qualifying orders. Orders placed online may be returned to the pickup location located in Louisville, Kentucky.

Buyers have up to three days from receiving their item to request a refund or a replacement of their item and no additional cost.
